Douglas serves as a director in Audit Services at LaPorte.

Before joining LaPorte with the merger in December 2010, Doug was a principal in Hidalgo Banfill Zlotnick Kermali, PC. He has more than 20 years of experience serving construction companies, employee benefit plans, nonprofit organizations, distributors, and small businesses. During his career, Doug has provided tax planning and compliance, audit, due diligence, financial reporting, and general business consulting services.
