Rod has over 19 years of professional experience in both industry and public accounting. Prior to the merger with LaPorte on December 1, 2010, he was a tax director at Hidalgo Banfill Zlotnik Kermali, PC. Rod’s career focus has been on serving middle-market companies and providing tax planning, tax compliance, and business consulting services to business owners. His industry experience includes real estate, oil and gas, manufacturing and distribution, insurance, entertainment, professional services, construction, and private-equity backed venture entities.
